- How quickly can we be up and running?

If you are looking for a bespoke solution, each system is produced within the shortest possible timescale, subject to your requirements. We ensure that the final product is delivered without any compromise to the quality or functionality of the system, and we endeavour to work closely with you to ensure this happens as quickly as possible.
If you are interested in our off-the-shelf solution, then a new policy can be up and running in a matter of hours, so long as everything we need from you is available at the time.
- What happens if a user leaves the company?

If you purchase a bespoke solution, then you have the option to decide how you would like this to work in the system.
In our off-the-shelf solution, whoever is appointed as the system manager at your company (MGA, underwriter or client level) can immediately suspend any user’s account from within the system. Similarly, a new user can be set up just as quickly and easily.
- Can we back up or export our data?

If you have a bespoke system, the option to back up or export your data can be built in from the outset. It can be tailored to produce whatever output you require and transmitted to a designated back up storage location.

- What do we need to do to get started?

If you are interested in our bespoke solutions, then all you will need is a clear understanding of what you would like to achieve and how you would like the system to meet your needs. We then suggest you contact one of the BluCurve representatives in America, Europe, Asia or Australia to discuss your requirements, timescales and objectives. They can provide a demonstration of the system and answer any queries you may have.
If you would like to purchase our off-the-shelf system, then if you’re an MGA all you need is a cover, a willing client, a willing underwriter and a soft-copy certificate! If you are an underwriter or client about to use the system, then all you need is a user login and password (supplied by the MGA).
